Dear Patient!

When admitted to the inpatient facility:

  • Have the following with you: an ID card/birth certificate, referral, test results, personal hygiene items, and indoor footwear.
  • Hand over jewelry and unnecessary items to your relatives.
  • Inform your relatives about visiting hours and the daily schedule.

Daily Schedule:

  • 6:30-7:30: Wake up, body temperature measurement, hygiene procedures, medication intake, test sample collection.
  • 7:30-8:30: Distribution of medications, implementation of doctor’s prescriptions.
  • 8:30-9:00: Breakfast.
  • 9:00-11:00: Doctor’s rounds, examinations, procedures.
  • 11:00-13:00: Medication and injections, dressing changes.
  • 13:00-14:00: Lunch.
  • 14:00-15:00: Discussions between relatives and doctors.
  • 14:00-16:00: Quiet time.
  • 16:00-18:30: Visits from relatives.
  • 18:00-19:00: Dinner.
  • 19:00-21:00: Implementation of doctor’s prescriptions.
  • 22:00: Lights out.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays:

  • Receiving parcels: 11:00-13:00, 17:00-19:00.

Visits for parents are STRICTLY PROHIBITED!

Rules for Patient Behavior:

  • Follow the schedule of the department.
  • Patients and caregivers must adhere to the department’s rules.
  • For household-related questions, contact the ward nurse or housekeeping staff.

Prohibited:

  • Storing valuable items or jewelry in wards. The administration is not responsible for any lost valuables left in the ward.
  • Smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages on hospital premises, storing and using drugs or toxic substances, and gambling.
  • Leaving the department without the attending doctor’s permission.
  • Using personal electrical appliances without the department head’s approval.

If the rules of stay are violated, the patient may be discharged with an appropriate note in the medical record.

Violations also include:

  • Rude or disrespectful behavior toward staff.
  • Failure to follow doctor’s recommendations.
  • Leaving the department without the head doctor’s permission.

For complaints or claims about the quality of medical care, you can contact the senior nurse, department head, or Deputy Director for Internal Audit Service (Sh.K.S.) on working days from 8:00 to 17:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00, at 8 (7212) 43-21-25.
